August 14th 2017

 

Breakfast yogurt with granola and orange slices

 

Snack whole wheat English muffin with butter and melted cheese and ham slices

 

Lunch homemade squash soup with homemade potato wedges

 

August 15th at 2017

 

Breakfast: Oatmeal with cooked banana almond milk cinnamon and vanilla

 

Snack ham and cheese with whole wheat sandwich bread

 

Lunch homemade mac and cheese with cauliflower and dip

 

August 16th 2017

 

Breakfast scrambled eggs with whole wheat toast and jam with a side of orange slices

 

Snack yogurt with apple slices to dip

 

Lunch breaded chicken with panko and Parmesan with a side of rice and cooked carrots

 

August 17th 2017

 

Breakfast Oatmeal with peaches and banana

 

Snack was broccoli and dip with cheese and crackers

 

Lunch tuna sandwich on whole-wheat with carrots and dip.

Snack cheese crackers with carrots dip and a side of yogurt

 

Lunch whole wheat spaghetti with homemade sauce and Italian sausage.
